A Little Secret On Writting

Do you want to write better?

Read.

Yes.

Reading is a powerful skill you can use to write better. Check any excellent author, anywhere, he or she is an avid reader. The thing is, I think reading is like a source of water that if you allow continuing flowing, it gets to a point that it burst into excellent writing!

This is the advice you don't know hear from professionals who teach writing workshops, I am telling you for free, but I know, as Nigerians, you won't still read. As El Nathan John has observed, there are Nigerian authors whom "reading is not their thing". 😂

But if you are serious about writing, you should read hard as well. There is no good author who is not a good reader. None! I do not stand to be corrected please. 😂
