Here is a random fact, Bobby Joachim is actually a Reverend. But what, he is a MOG driven by the desire to make a difference in people’s lives rather than to just carry titles around. Yes, there is one title he doesn’t throw away, The Godfather! Bobby Joachim is The Godfather.

He means it, not like The Godfather in the gangster movies. I will tell you how he is the Godfather with a personal story.

One night around 1 Am or so, he asked if I was up, I said yes, he called. And we began to converse on reading and writing and book reviews. We spoke for nearly half an hour or even more. The end of that conversation was what birthed this substack page, Little Ends. It was the conversation with him that provided the momentum to immediately begin. Before that, another mentor had been encouraging me and pointing towards organizing my thoughts in a coherent manner. That night with The Godfather provided the push to take action.

That is The Godfather. He watches for the growth of others.
